Terms and Conditions of Pet Treats the National and Nottingham Pet Supply Company.
Pet Treats is a UK Company
Please ensure you read our terms and conditions in full before submitting any purchase request.
You must be 18 or over to buy anything from us by credit card.
All Items are subject to availability.
Information on this web site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. Pet Treats may also make improvements and/or changes to this information at any time without notice.

Colour accuracy on the web-site cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending upon the screen type.
Whilst we endevour to provide clear images certain items may vary from the images shown. Please ensure you read the product description for a more detailed description of the item being purchased.
Customer Satisfaction
Pet Treats is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with tags attached for a full refund within 7 days from the time you receive it. You may get an exchange up to 14 days from the time of receipt. Any Items that in our opinion appear to have been used will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
Right to Cancel.
Customers may cancel their contract at any time during the cancellation period by notifying their intention to Pet Treats in writing through our web site contact us form.
Cancellation Period 7 days
A cancellation period of 7 days beginning from the day after the goods are received applies where Pet Treats have notified the customer prior to or at the time of placing their order with the following information:
- Full identity and contact details.
- Description of the main characteristics of the goods or services;
- Price of the goods or services including all taxes;
- Delivery costs, where appropriate;
- Payment arrangements, delivery or performance (e.g. when the customer can expect delivery of the goods);
- Existence of a right to cancel;
- Whether or not substitute goods or services may be provided in the event of those ordered by the customer being unavailable; and
- Notification that the supplier will meet the costs of the consumer of returning any such substitute goods he or she does not want.
- Conditions and procedures to enable the consumer to cancel the contract;
- Whether the consumer must return the goods to the supplier if the consumer cancels;
- Whether the consumer or the supplier is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the supplier if the consumer cancels;
- Geographical address of the place of business of the supplier to which the consumer may address any complaints;
- information on any after-sales services and guarantees;
Return of goods after cancellation of contract
Written confirmation that the customer wishes to cancel their cantract must be provided to Pet Treats within the 7 day cancellation period.
The customer is under a duty to restore any goods to Pet Treats and, in the meantime, to keep them and take reasonable care of them.
PetTreats shall request the return of the goods in writing in no more than 21 days from cancellation of the contract.
Pet Treats will refund the total cost of the purchase within 30 days following the cancellation of contract by the customer within the cancellation period. This refund will include the cost of delivery to the customer but shall not include the cost of returning the items purchased unless, they are faulty or do not comply with the contract for some other appropriate reason.
Substitute Goods
Pet Treats will only offer an alternative product in the unlikely case that the items ordered areout of stock. Should this be the case the customer will be contacted and all relevent information regarding the substitute item and cost will be provided.
If on receipt of the product the customer regards the item as unsuitable Pet Treats will refund the cost of returning the item or alternatively arrange for the item to be collected.
Data Protection
Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms). We will ask for your permission if we wish to use your details for any other reason and you may ask us in writing to remove your details from our system by writing to our address.
Payments
All items are priced in U.K Pounds Sterling
To make a purchase from our website you must be 18 or over to buy anything from us by Pay Pal service.
Payment can be made by PAY PAL only.
Delivery
Pet Treats use Royal Mail and trusted couriers for larger items. We aim to have your products with you within four working days.
We will only deliver to the address of the Credit card holder for security reasons.
If our couriers are not able to deliver your goods they will be returned back to us and you will be charged for re delivery at our couriers standard tariff rate.
Pet Treats can not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to Royal Mail or any other courrier service. However you can be assured that due to our proof of postage records we will endeavor to make sure your items get there on time and support any customers that fail to receive items in the specified time.
